You may have accidentally associated the file type with the browser instead of Excel. I cant determine from your question, but which type of file is giving it an issue, the csv, xlsx or both? If its only one (say for example the csv) then its likely a file association issue. How do I get Excel to go back to downloading/opening the file itself without involving the web browser?
